For a game going out with a big bang...there wasn't much there...I think I missed the bang to be honest.
I bought the game but only because it came with the Legendary edition, if the figurine came without the game I would have been just as happy. Don't get me wrong now, the game is good fun, but it's nothing close to what reviewers have been giving it (being 90/100).
This article is spot on for most of the things I've noticed in the game aft...
Wii accessories were extremely kiddie looking...at least these have a more adult/badass look to them.
Now those are some accessories I wouldn't mind spending some money on, specially when I'm playing Time Crisis! :D
I second that. ;D
shhhshhh, he needs someone to admire. Don't dash his dreams.
@Player X:
So we compare proven wii games to launch titles for MOVE? Give it some time and we'll start seeing more games like Sorcery that'll be charming us to no end.
Wii has maybe a couple good games, being zelda, mario, and metroid, but other than that it's shovelware. Who's to say Sony will go down the same road, they already have dozens of amazing games that are quite capable of using MOVE, Heavy Rain, RE5, Killzone 3, etc...
Yea, I try my best.
I've had 3 wiis and I've sold or traded them all.
I bought my first then found it had literally nothing for games - sold
Won my second one in a raffle drawing...still no games to make me want to keep it - traded for 360
The third I bought overseas but guess what...NO GAMES! - sold it for minor profit
I had a thing where if there aren't 6 or more games worth getting on a system then there's no point in purc...
Yet FPS's dominate the majority of the west so yes, another JRPG, survival/horror, action/adventure game, would be a nice step off the tracks of a genre well beyond being exhausted.
I would rather have a game that breathes freshness into you instead of an FPS that gives you new guns and a slightly different plot. Just look at all the CODs, Halos, and MOHs...all the same with slightly different changes in gameplay and story. They need to figure out a new way to present...
How about something OTHER than another exclusive FPS....pretty sure we already have enough of those.
Eventually down the road, yea. Need to find out if I'm getting my 3D tv first.
Some of the games sound kinda good, but I'd rather reserve hype until I see something on those games.
This part made me laugh pretty hard though:
“METAL GEAR SOLID: RISING” will star Raiden, one of the most popular characters in the “METAL GEAR SOLID” universe"
Sorry, I'm not here to please the masses.
Just bringing up Heavenly Sword makes me want a sequel really bad. Wish they would stop complaining about the poor sales, it was a great game! Just make it longer and with the install base for PS3's being 10x larger than a couple years ago I'm sure it'll sell tons better than before.
Anyway I'm pretty excited for Enslaved.
From what I've played so far I haven't had the joy of experiencing a hacker/cheater. lol!
Love the online, it's such a blast.
campaign wise (so far) I'd give it an 8. It just feels like they haven't changed much in the way of Halo. I'm not saying change up the formula but make it feel like a revamped, fresh game...not a carbon copy with new guns.
Kind of like Halo ODST, it felt like it was taken off the rails and made in it's own image but still maintaining that Halo familiarity.
Multiplayer on the other hand is top notch, been having a blast ever since I got my...
Bet your excited then huh?
Anyway I couldn't help but smile a bit, crazy Europeans and their commercials, lol!

Reach is going to be a blast, sure, but I have a feeling it's going to be the online that sells the game, not the campaign...bungie never really made a campaign where I was sitting down after the credits saying "WOW".
That's the one thing I hope they will focus more on in the coming games they plan to develop, a lot of games feel as if the multiplayer has been tacked on last minute...sometimes that's how I feel about Halo but vise versa.
"With the best single player campaign ever in any Halo game"
Um, no. 3 was the best, Reach didn't have any epic battles or set pieces. It was very underwhelming, but still good fun.
