I'd rather be in 3rd with amazing games than 1st or 2nd with a load of shovelware.

What I'm saying is, for the 360 gaming has been turned around into family friendly fun with core games being thrown out the window one at a time. I know it's silly to make such accusations so early into the year, but I have a feeling MS doesn't care what the minority core audience wants they just want to suck off the tit of the cash cow that the wii has been riding since the ...

People buy systems based on their exclusives, that's one reason people say the 360 has no games..which is slowly becoming truth in a matter of speaking.

Casual is a great way to rake in money but also the death of what Games really used to be all about. Now it's about the quick $ instead of quality, which is sad for the hardcore crowd.

I'll take the amazon preorder bonus over this, hacker suit ftw!

The demo was pretty fun but the scary factor has been thrown out the window.

It's more jump out of hiding places a screaming "boo". The movements aren't as clunky and heavy as the first which is good I guess, I really didn't have a problem with the slow/heavy movement.

What I came away with from the demo was a sort of action orientated game with monsters. This doesn't feel like the survival/horror that the first Dead Space brou...

Tell you what we really need....a sequel to X-men Origins: Wolverine.

I wouldn't mind if some of those didn't appear until next year, seeing how this year is jam packed with a ton of exclusives already.

Most of the Nintendos first party games are still fun but it would be nice to see them expand on something different instead of the same old Zelda, Mario, and Samus.

It is getting old fast though.

Competition is a good thing and I'm glad Lara is getting a reboot. Just as long as the developers don't try to make TR an Uncharted clone.

innovative...? Um..when in the game did you notice innovation of any kind?

"The game is DEFINITELY SCARIER, and HARDER!"

That's all I wanted for the second DS, thank you so much for clarifying that. Now I really can't wait to get my copy! :D

It's a decent game only because fanboys hyped it up to be something it clearly wasn't. The combat was repetitive and the levels were almost always the same, run through trees, dodge posessed farm equipment, blast shadowy figures.

I played it, beat it, and enjoyed it for the price of $15. Full price? No thanks.

Gamesradar guys are usually pretty honest and non-biase in their reviews. Good site.

Didn't care for conviction, it was short and really easy.

This though....this sounds great being how I never played any of these except Pandora Tomorrow which I played a tiny amount.

It just being another shooter makes it instantly unoriginal. Sure they throw in a couple new moves but in the end it's still a shooter.

Now that that's all said and done....still gonna get it for my PS3 if it turns out as good as it looks. ;P

Cannot wait.

I'm going to admit right now that I'm a trophy whore.

Though I'm not the worst out there, I only buy and play games I really like or want to. You'll never see me playing Dora the explorer or Hannah Montana just for a higher trophy count.

I always play through the game once without worrying about what trophies I could be getting, then the second time through I hunt for trophies.

I don't think it ruined games, but like ...

Halo has great online but the campaigns are boring as hell. There are no amazing set pieces for major battles or fire fights, just boring landscapes and spaceships.

At least in Killzone 2 I was always at one point or another able to feel a rush during some firefights. Granted the campaign wasn't all that great it still beats Halo imo, online wasn't as good as Halo but it was still damn fun.

I think Dead Space faired pretty well in that category. They had the atmosphere, the sense of survival and not just wrecking havoc, dread and foreboding, etc...

That's the great thing though, GT5 took 5 years and will last long past 5 years before another is made.

Forza is becoming like the Madden for car racing games. A new one each year...
