Actually, no I havn't so I guess my opinion is crap. I was trying to hone my skills on single player before jumping online and getting destroyed.
that everyone is reporting has not yet happened to me. I couldn't be any happier with the game at all. The only thing that I see wrong with the controls is the horse controls. I wish that you could set up custom controls for everything. This may be my favorite game yet.
I am a PS3 user exclusively but several of my friends have X-Box. The online user interface and dashboard for navigating from games to friends to the microsoft store looks great and is user friendly. I wish that the playstations XMB was as pleasing to the eye as that of the x-box's, but custom themes and familararity with the product lend me to actually like the playstation now. Alot can be improved upon especially an easier way to find friends, better customizable avatars (so it is mo...
of reviews. I love them all, and they all seem to be very positive. Edge will probably do what they always do and give it a 7/10
Gamestop in Eastgate, Ohio! I will be at the midnight release with some of my other friends picking this up, mere hours after listening to JIMMY FREAKING BUFFET LIVE. THE NEXT TWO DAYS ARE GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!!
if the x-game chat goes to the free service. However, I do like the idea of streaming music and allowing downloads from the playstation store for some extra games. Oh and with the way that the Euro is tanking, this estimate of 50 euros may be more like 150 euros when it actually goes live. Way to go Greece!
I have to agree. I have only played Halo 3 to date, at a friends house. As much as I love my CoD and Killzone, NOTHING compares to the competition level, fun factor and overall perfection of the online multiplayer of Halo 3. It was not enough of a draw for me to buy a 360 but it is a great game and a great franchise, as long as a company can profit off of it - More power to them.
just thought that I would mention Louis L'amour's Quick and the Dead has to be one of the best books out their if you are looking for a book you can red in a few hours. Not as well written as Larry McMurtry Books (Lonsesome Dove Series) but about 1/3 the length.
I am busy playing Gun for like the 5th time and of course watching some of my favorite westerns. For some newer and slower movies, Appalosa with Ed Harris and The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford are decent cinematic adventures
well said... Oregon Trail was probably the first game that I ever became addicted to. I would love to see a GOOD remake of Oregon Trail.
RDR and Modnation are my two purchases for this month.
LONESOME DOVE and the series of movies (Dead man's walk, commanchee moon, streets of laredo) are all great movies. Lonesome dove has Robert duvall in it. Any western Duvall is in is worth checking out (open range, broken trail). One of my all time favorites though is a tom selleck movie Monte Walsh.
I wanted some honest opinions regarding this game, as I was really not a fan of the first one, but I have heard so much good feedback that I am thinkin of getting it now. Even Though RED DEAD and MNR may take up all of my time
Not to mention the awesome multiplayer, co-op and rpg aspect with the honor system. Gun was one of my favorite games of all time and this looks to exponetially better than that gem.
Monday night I am going to the Jimmy Buffet concert here in Cincinnati, going with a group of friends to the midnight release party at gamestop in Eastgate and then using a vaction day to work off a hangover and start my adventures in the west as John Marston. Probably going to go with a goody two-shoes slant at first! I am new to this site, and I know nobody knows me yet but I will be getting this on Playstation.
I have a Mic..add me C-NORRIS_1985
and buy a 360 when they get a slim model. Maybe buy Reach to!
