I however do go to gamestop but have a close friend who is a manager and he sets aside my titles and they have the binding sticker on them unbroken and in the plastic, and no white gamestop barcodes added.
I have not seen so many articals on a pale strung out guy since Michael Jackson.

My games I pick up from Gamestop are never opened, and still in their plastic wrap with the binding stickers intact.
Though say what you will if you remove the disc from the case and break the seals its by all definitions NOT new(thats what those stickers are for and why they were put there in the first place.) But once again mine are never messed with as my friends always set mine aside.
