Square is in no position to buy out Level 5, there sales and stocks have been WAY down (but so are many companies right now) what i'm saying is that it would be stupid to buy up a big name competitor when your own company isn't exactly thriving
DMC4 sales in Japan(PS3 version) for the first day were 140k
you'd miss Killzone if that happened
you would think that a Level 5 developed JRPG published by Sony on Christmas day would be reason enough to have initially shipped more units
