2. Make like 500 remakes on portable devices (and not NEW games)
3. Make games exclusively for the 360, and not release a single game for the PS3 after 2 and a half years
4. Westernize.....why Westernize your games? the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts games have sold like crazy in the US. Change is unnecessary in this case

I think Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 would make the most sense, you can't take out the "Call of Duty" without alienating some casual players. The "Modern Warfare" name is big, but everyone I know still refers to the game as "Call of Duty 4" or "COD4".
Infinity Ward didn't want to make a crappy port of COD4, why would they do the same for MW2? IW said once (can't remember when) that making a Wii version of their games is a waste of time.

hazeblaze, FF13 on the 360 won't slow PS3 sales at all, don't worry. it's probably gonna sell over a million in it's first week in Japan alone. Look at GTA IV, sales for the PS3 version and 360 version are neck and neck, despite the 360 having sold 8 million more units. Anyone who has the choice will pick the PS3 version

-Dedicated servers
-Ability to create games
-Real clan support
-Quit overcharging for maps (having to PAY for maps is one thing, but 10 bucks is way too much)
-Matchmaking should separate the skilled players from the newer ones. This is better for new players as they aren't getting raped by 10th prestige players in their first game
-NO VEHICLES!
COD4 is easy as hell. Even veteran can be beat easily if you know what to do in specific situations
