Yeah grabbing a Japanese PSN card is a bit of an inconvenience, but the game is pretty decent. I guess we'll find out if we eventually get this in NA.

I have a decent rig and I still find there are really long load times, however I don't have the issues with textures loading and chugging up my system every time I attack (like on the 360). I hope this game gets cancelled for the PS3. It was an utter waste of time on the 360, and mediocre at best on the PC.

I have this for my 360 and my PS3, I grabbed it first for the 360, however I kept getting "Clean Disc" error, and this is on a new 360 Arcade bundle. So I decided to buy it for my PS3, so far no problems with the PS3, it loads faster, it doesn't give me stupid errors and looks the same in 1080p... not to mention, since I don't have an Xbox Live gold membership I can play online for free and use my Jawbone headset.
I've heard of this happening as well in B.C. A friend of mine had a 60gb model that needed to be repaired, he sent it off and got an 80gb model returned to him. I'm not sure if he had major issues dealing with them, I just know that he no longer can play his PS2 games on it.
It seems that even if a Sony oriented gaming site posts news that isn't favorable to Sony fanboys then attack the story. It's not like they're trying to disprove Jesus or any stupid garbage like that...
I don't think you read the review properly. The writer made no direct comparisons to any specific fighting game, it was said that it "has" been compared to Smash Bros. (meaning that it is a multi-player beat'em up, which it is), however the only comparison that was made to anything specific, was to the horrible controls of Superman 64 (meaning unresponsive and frustrating to the point that you don't want to play).
