I love the Silent Hill series and WANT TO buy this... but how quiet they've gotten over this game... has me a bit worried saddly!
This is the main reason I'd want a Vita, as far as games go!
So what are the data plans for the 3g model... I haven't seen anything about it?

Its a sign that this game wasn't made for multiplayer... Bullet Time is the main gameplay feature of Max Payne.
I could care less if Bullet Time is in or not for the multiplayer. But it's what makes this title and I feel if the main feature is taken out of multiplayer, it becomes a whole DIFFERENT games multiplayer...
Just like I didn't like them taking out the cover system in Killzones multiplayer... I felt that in turn made it play LIKE EVERY OT...
I've been pretty let down by Gears 3's multiplayer. I really used to like the franchise but I rarely played 2's online and have touched 3's less than that. I just beat Beast Mode on Insane the other night with some friends and instantly took it out...
I was all amped when Gears 3 came out too! I thought I'd be playing it tons so I bought like 3 weapon skins, etc.. Now the game actually just collects dust...
What adds to that element of horror in this game is the fact that the lengths you'll go to just to survive are going hectic...
Scarce ammo, constant threats of fungus people and other survivors, etc..
It's going to be a edge of your seat game!

Im with JACEN100 on this. I would never take the Vita anywhere with me... but I will say, if there's a price drop... Im not ruling it out that I may bite at 1.
Last Guardian and The Last of Us are my most wanted games this year... with Bioshock Infinate in 3rd!

Not including the HD Disc Drive as standard in each console is what truely kept Gears from being Uncharted and Halo from being Killzone... in the visual/physics department!
We would've had a much more heated battle if 360 had that HDD as standard. I bet it would've hurt Blu-Ray alot. Especially with the number of 360's sold before PS3 was even out (but inclusion of the drive would've raised the initial price so maybe that wouldn't hold true).

The problem with the Japanese isn't the new graphics or archetecture of our consoles. It's them wanting to also cator to the west as well. I mean lets look at Square and Capcom, I haven't enjoyed most if not all of their games since they've gone "western". I feel Sony has been the only 1 this gen with the tech and devs who are willing to dream their vision up and put it out there.

Im really wanting to check a Vita out... mainly for Uncharted.
But personally my jeans only have room for 4 things. Gum,keys, cellphone, and wallet. So most likely my Vita if I were to get one... would remain at home, and if Im at home... I'd rather just play my PS3 or 360!
I also have a buddy at work who is totally stoked he got a 3DS and a Kinect for christmas... wonder how soon the novelty will wear off for him! I told him all this time not to get one....
Multiplayer will take away from our single player expierence... and what expierence out of the 2 has the franchise proven to do all so well?

I'd be bored of Kinect Sports and Just Dance games as well... hell I get bored just seeing a 30 second commercial of the games for Kinect!
Seriously though how can you be so pumped about a device that the face of that device has become dancing games?...
