The X1 should've had the majority of what they've updated in the box when it launched it didn't because they rushed it. The PS4 os was more complete than what the X1 launched with thus needing fewer updates and Sony doesn't advertise updates like MS but MS needs any good PR these days so they scream about it. PSN has been better than Xbox live I can tell you that from personal experience. You seem to still believe PSN is behind xbox live and it's not only caught up but surpassed it in my opinion.
