you must be new to console cycles. back in the day consoles would have a 5-6 year life cycle the reason the Xbox 360 and Ps3 lasted so long because developers took a long time to lean the cell chip set. as of now the x1 and ps4 are using x86 which developers do know how to use very well.With that being said this gen will go back to the original life cycle 5-6 years
