So the truth comes out, pay to watch tv on your tv through xbone so we can sell you tv programming that you already have to much of from unwanted channels on your cable package. Yeah that's what I want from my gaming console TV programs. Christ.

The Wii U has no games I'm interested, so I think their games are kiddie based wastes of time but that's my OP. Also the term "best games" is subjective not fact.
Your ignoring the fact the Wii numbers were so high because of the influx of casual gamers and new customers Nintendo was attracting from the tablet and cell market. This time that isn't happening, their not in trouble because they have butt loads of money because of their handheld devices.
The Wii U is not selling better in each region in fact the Wii out sold the Wii U this holiday season so far. Nintendo's biggest problem has been marketing and the damn name who the hell thought the Wii U was a good idea?? Casuals don't read gaming news so most don't see a need to buy a new 300$ console when the Wii is just fine. Nintendo tried to gain recognition as a "hardcore" console???? When the hell did that happen?? All they did was release an adult game at launch...

1.If you are going to add something innovative like the gamepad, ALL product must have it to ensure there is development for it;- (the gamepad isn't innovative, it's gimmick learn the difference. Forcing the market to develop for something instead of actually listening to it and developing what it wants is what Nintendo should be doing.)

I'm not a big fan of the Big N myself but they could turn around the Wii U if and this is a big IF they got rid of that touch screen tablet controller, packaged every unit with the nunchuk setup and drop the price to 200$. The problem is the price, 300$ is just too much for a console that is just not the choice for gamers. Hell their new Kong game doesn't even use the damn touch screen controller so if first party isn't supporting it WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL having it in the pac...

@haze no its not I think I'll take the word of research scientist over the average PC gamer.
Not to mention that you wouldn't be able to see the difference they are showing you with your naked eye on say a 40 inch unless you basically sat half an inch from your tv screen. It's been researched already many times the human eye can't tell a difference at certain sizes between HD and 4k basically 4k is only noticeable at the movies on the giant screens like IMAX.
That is so interesting as I read Ryse is only 900p native and movies are usually 4k now or something I'm sure there not 900p that would look like crap on such a big screen.

That's because channels like Fox like to push the perception that it's only little Timmy playing video games, they constantly over look the demographic being 18-35 adult Males making up the majority of gamers.
This sounds great another gaming PC on the market this time running a linux based OS. So just one question. Which will get me lots of disagrees and other PC fanboy bs but to hell with that. What the hell is the difference between this and a gaming PC from say alienware???? So far I don't see one. It has a PC OS, upgrade able and hack able like a PC....Oh wait no monitor and a controller..... I really don't see the wow factor here.
I thought the Kinects was cool at first then it just got old screaming at it and re calibrating it every two days. The only thing I find cool about Kinects now is what hackers are doing with it outside of gaming like Skin touch etc.
I don't know but when they do they need to stop gimping their damn hardware and spend some of that enormous jack they got stored away.
