I find it very comical that people are comparing the final product of a game to something from two years ago. They said multiple times that the world is 3 times larger than they first intended. Wouldn't you think that resulted in a bit of downgrading? Things change throughout development, and they've shown trailers and gameplay throughout showing the process of the game. That's why the most atmospheric pictures shown in this clickbait of an article are from 2013.
It wasn't a constant 30. It dipped into the twenties quite frequently and even down to 18 at points. This was a very old build.. people are wanting to see closer to a final build of the game at this point.
Not sure what you meant here, but we haven't seen XB1 footage of the game in over 6 months (aside from offscreen footage), unless you count what was shown on Conan last night. Everything up to this point has been PC with an xbox controller and a few PS4 videos.

Im guessing you don't realize that the videos you're watching are compressed on Youtube and look much worse than they would on your PC/console..
I think (and hope) it's the fact that most of the Youtubers they invited to play the game prefers Keyboard+Mouse, but were forced to use an xbox 360 controller for this version.
I was worried as well until I saw that footage and reading the weather effects have not been altered on either console. The wind blowing through the trees to the point where it's almost bending over is pretty awesome - it creates such a great atmosphere.
@Septic: You seem to have missed to point. If you dislike Destiny so much just stop playing and move on. Every comment of yours is literally just senseless negativity.
The Reef Hub could very well be on the disc since it was able to be datamined after various patches. You just can't simply glitch into it as you could the other areas. The point I am making is that who cares if it is on the disc already if it is in an unpolished, unfinished, and unplayable form?

The ignorance of most people in this comment section is beyond ridiculous.
These things already exist on the shipped disc from day one in order to cut down on large download sizes. Just look at how large the most recent update was - over 6GB if I recall correctly (which caused issues for many with stalling, and "99999+ hours to complete" messages).
The DLC areas are also in extremely rough form and get frequent updates throughout each patch implemen...
The article was alright until the author started beating the 'politically and socially correct' drum. Seems they aren't aware this is a game based off of a book series and CDPR wanted to be as true to the story as they possibly could be.
