Amazon does this all the time, if an item is broken, they send out a new one immediately (usually next-day or 2-day delivery) and give you a certain time period to return the broken item (no additional shipping costs to you either).
This is the golden standard of a company with superb customer service.

If I was only allowed to buy one game for my PS4 in 2014, this would be it. Absolutely loved the first two and got a heck of a lot of playtime out of them due to the sandbox nature of the game.
I haven't looked much into it, but I hope they don't tack on some kind of multiplayer. Games like this benefit the most when the devs are 100% focused on the SP.
MS should have stuck with Xbox 720, although they probably gave that name up just in case a game was able to run at 1080p at some point during the consoles lifespan.
Even if the AI is improved drastically and they react more like a human player would, that still doesn't dismiss the fact that they are just empty shells.
Bots are great for training or during SP, but when it comes to online MP it makes games feel empty and lifeless. And there is no satisfaction in taking out a bot vs taking out a human player.
Respawn should at least have the game 12v12 and lower the bot count by quite a bit.
Yeah, the AI does look beyond terrible. The vid I watched above showed the guy literally going into a room where about 7 or 8 bots (and maybe noob human players) and they didn't even hit him once and barely even recognized he was in the room.
Killzone 2 had bots that you could deploy to the game in place of human players if desired, and there was just something so empty about a game when most players you kill are just AI bots. Didn't matter if they were really smar...

I really liked Knack, and once I started to learn I couldn't just run into every situation full force and start smacking enemies, but rather had to learn their timing and properly use the dodging methods to attack them when they are most vulnerable, the game got a heck of a lot more fun for me.

It's results like this that make me suspicious of the XB1 sales in NA. I mean even if one of the largest xbox fanboy sites on the net votes the PS4 by a landslide, then how on earth is the X1 pulling sales figures that get it even remotely close to the PS4?

Why force people to pay $100 more (or whatever it costs) for a Kinect when they may never even use it, or flat out refuse to use it? It would be really cool if the DS4 took 18650 li-ion batteries. Not only could they be charged via USB just as the battery is now, but 3400mAh 18650's are widely available right now.
Although it probably wouldn't be too difficult to drill a little hole in the back of the controller and run the battery wires out to an external case which attached to the back of the controller and housed a battery such as an 18650 (or any other 3.6v li-ion battery).

Companies like Comcast should realize that if they start limiting peoples internet and charging for things like Netflix, or even Youtube, it would be a death sentence for them. And it seems really unlikely it will happen anytime soon.

Even despite MS's over-the-top advertising campaign and XB1 giveaways on just about every junk-food food product and fast-food joint in the US, the PS4 is still about impossible to find here while piles of XB1's are everywhere you look.
Because more sales = better developer support, better games, better media support, and overall, a better experience.
