Oh and the only other post were about open item forced bundling on this site and if you read the entire message it did mention that Sony/MS are both the same. One is not the good guy and the other the devil. Its just that Sony was way more clever this coming cycle sitting back waiting to see what MS was going to do then adapting their own policies to look Pro consumer. While MS on the other hand was stupid, threw their policies out there assuming Sony was going the same route based on their I...

Before I start let me first say I have read this site for around 3 years now. It's one of my favorite websites to get anything and everything I want to know about my PS3/PS4. I recently joined the site because I wanted to start posting. I honestly want more fairness and less negativity in how N4G reports the news. I want to make this site somewhere I can come to get great stories on my X1 as well. Thats why I decided to join so I can contribute. So your saying a story with a title like &q...

Ahh the usual objective reporting that N4G is so famous for. I must admit, they are great at digging up the Pro PS4 and Anti XB 1 sources. Kind of like CNN vs Fox News. I always know where to go to find great puff pieces on my pre-ordered PS4 and the largest collection of negative X1 stories. If I was not a Sony fan I would not bother to come here at all. Only downside is I'm also a Xbox Fan and pre-ordered both so if I want the great PS4 stories I need to wade through the anti MS stuff. ...

This tactic is illegal in the USA. Sony was doing this back with the PS2 but they were challenged in court and had to stop. I can't say if this is happening in the UK but it would not surprise me if the UK does not have laws against these types of tactics. Sony has a looong history of underhanded tactics such as this.

This is NOT a MS tactic. Sony was doing this all the way to back to PS2 before the original Xbox even came out. WoW you people really don;t have any idea just how Anti Consumer Sony really is. They pulled the wool over all your eyes If you know the true history about stuff Sony has done from Music CDs to BluRay then you would have another opinion of them all together. Sony wrote the book on this stuff. Not to say MS does not have their Anti Consumer side. Both of these companies are the same....

I was a EB Manager in the USA years ago and this is one of the tactics they used. I don't recall the details but there was a legal challenge and the manufactures are no longer allowed to force bundles on customers in the US. A lot of newer gamers have a very pro Sony feeling because of the recent events at E3 with X1. They are either too young or forgot how anti consumer Sony once was. Everyone is anti MS at the moment because they think MS is screwing them over on the DRM policy. Well So...
