You need to count the monitor and everything else that's necessary to use the PC.
Also, if you're going to count used parts on a PC then the same needs to be done by using a used PS4.

Anyway, paying for early access to a game is ridiculous. EA is already taking advantage of those stupid enough to do it. So now instead of $60 for FIFA 16 or whatever you'll end up paying an extra $4.99(per month).
Also, its not even early access anymore, EA delays the street date of the game by a week so people who buy on "Day 1' are actually paying for "dElAyed access".

Most people don't realize this but The Order is not a 1st party game. You wouldn't blame Sony for its quality(or lack thereof) anymore than you would blame Microsoft for Ryse.
