Ive worked at a Best Buy in the gaming department and most parents had no idea what a Wii is but did know it was the cheapest new console on the market (and all the hype around it n their kids begging for it).
With 360 being about 60-70 bucks (canadian) less, I think its going to sell its self. The Graphics the 360 is offering at this new price is insane and nobody can knock microsoft anymore about the red rings because you dont see it anymore in retail unless the system is a few year...

fact of the matter is that sony rushed the PS3 onto the market to compete with the 360 and it seemed like they were more interested in blu ray then ram...PS3 is still a great piece of hardware because its good for gamers and people looking to build a good HT system at home. I just blame blu ray for hurting the system
I now know why N4G has so many sony fanboys compared to 360 ones...360 owners are to busy playing many GOOD games and online...and sony fans come here whine, complain and wait lol!

Being a gamer is alittle tougher nowdays then it was in the 90's with snes and genesis cuz we never had these many high quality games come out in any given year...Now that im not asking my parents to buy games anymore like back in the day...im alittle smarter with my cash so i aint gonna buy average scoring games and so far, my 360 is entertaining me more then my ps3 (minus the obvious blu ray)..

Like someone said above..Id rather buy cylinder heads for my '87 5.0 stang cuz im sure id get more fun outta it...this is a good reason why PC gaming is dying, casual gamers cant afford to be playin the game at its peak anymore.
Developers cant blame people going to consoles cuz for almost half that price you can get comparable graphics on a 360/ps3 and know you wont need to spend another dime into the system for another 5-7 years
