I'm still having problems getting online. This has went on for far to long. I bought both systems so I'd have something to play when this kind of stuff happened, but boy both companies dropped the ball. I can't even access PSN, and the Xbox Live party system is a joke. Add to the fact that the only game I bought for my Xbox is Halo:MCC(which is probably the worst launch in video game history apart from E.T.)and I'm up shit creek without a paddle.
I wasn't expecting to love this beta as much as I am, but it's a blast. It's like someone spoon fed cocaine to Halo 2 and this was the result.
Still not working for me yet. I'm not complaining though. It gave me a reason to play through COD:AW again and earn the platinum trophy. Plus I still have some side missions to complete in DA:Inquisition. Hope it works today though... I want to wreck some Christmas newbs online.
I was watching twitter like a hawk last night and apparently Lizard Squad pissed off Anon because Lizard Squad attacked the Tor network so Anon went after Lizard Squad. Hopefully Anon takes these guys down for good. LizSquad is shit, and they barked up the wrong tree when they started messin with Anonomyous.
WatchDogs was horrible. I know people call Destiny the biggest disappointment of the year, but for me it was WatchDogs. At least I played about 60-70 hours of Destiny before it got stale. I could tell 30 minutes into WatchDogs that it was gonna be a turd. Wannabe GTA my ass. It couldn't touch Sleeping Dogs and that game had zero hype. I had more fun in LA Noire's limited open world than I did in WatchDogs.
Yeah, it sucks that you can't look at your trophies when you're offline. I ended up just going to the movies yesterday because I got bored not being able to play my PS4 and Xbox One. I find it hard to believe that our govt. can tell that the massive hack that crippled Sony Entertainment was from North Korea, and yet they can't determine who the hell this pathetic Lizard Squad is after how many DDOS attacks now?

Uhmm because it's badass. That's why. Honestly, even if games like WatchDogs and AC:U would've worked as advertised they'd still be nowhere on the level of this game. Not just the best next-gen games I've played, but one of the best RPGs I've ever played. Every time I play I get the old KOTOR vibe....Bioware at their finest.

I completely agree. Bungies swan song was an ugly duckling. True, Halo 4 wasn't as good as Halo 2, but what did people expect from 343 given that this was their first crack at the franchise. Halo 4s campaign was miles better than any Halo thus far(finally no freakin flood) and even though it's MP wasn't on par with Halo 2 or 3 it still took a dump all over Halo Reach.

Glad to see they're bringing back The SWAT playlist. That and Big Team Battle are my o favorite game types. Sadly, I've yet to actually find a match of BTB but everything else is running a lot better than it was at launch. Hopefully this means they're finally getting the problem under control and the a Halo 5 beta runs smoothly.... Well as smoothly as a beta normally does.
I prefer to just sit back and let ND do their thing without jumping to conclusions and worrying about what they're doing. I loved Injustice on the PS3 and I'm glad I decided to hold out buying it for the PS4 so now I get it free. Downloading it now. How is Secret Ponchos? I haven't seen any reviews for it so far. I'll probably just go ahead and download it after I play some GoT and Dragon Age... Such a nice combo.
The problem I have and I'm sure many others share the same sentiment is that 343i and MS should take care of the players who are constantly trying and failing to connect to the servers before adding even more players. I already called MS and got a refund a few days ago because it's just not ok what their doing to this franchise,and I refuse to send the message that I'm fine with a dev or publisher releasing a broken product and fixing it over a long period of time.

Looks more like Dead Island meets Mirrors Edge. Hopefully it's polished. I tried to enjoy Dead Island but the bugs ruined it for me, and so far this generation has not been an improvement over last gen. Too many publishers are ok with releasing flawed products and fixing it over several months. I'm really digging the way this game looks though, but the technical polish is the only thing I'm worried about since this is Techland we're talking about.
It's so awesome to get home from a midnight release and have to wait another hour for a 2GB download though.
