This one lets you play your own guitar and learn to play the songs as you play the game. The only peripheral is the cable that lets you jack any electric guitar in to the console.

One thing the GT series definitely needs to do is up the count of non-Japanese cars. No one wants or needs 25 versions of the same Nissan.
Giving a different address than the original does not prove the original is working. We have now tried to access the original site listing on 10 different PCs and Macs, most of which have never before accessed N4G. All return the "404" error.

You can play it with a controller, or a racing wheel, or MS's new Speed Wheel controller. Kinect is not required for anything.
If you have Kinect, you can add head tracking or voice control of the menus to your controller input; or you can put the controller down and run the game entirely (although not as completely) with Kinect.
