So in the end the Xbox one is the best experience to play this.
But somehow the console games seem to still have a smoother experience even at 30fps.

Well the ones who created the weather system are amazing and talented devs they should be swooped up from other studios. Still the best looking to date. Anyways it does suck but these people have money all devs have connections through friends in other studios they will move on.
na man it dips from 50's in buildings to mid 40-30's outside during game play with 980 ti sli 4k. its not a constant fps so it makes it annoying when your in combat or doing sudden turns. 1440p is a really good match for this game even for sli.
I wouldnt even go as far calling this guy an auther thats way to much of a complement.
