Yeah I'll be picking up Sound Shapes with that $10 PSN credit. Oh yeah Cross Buy too, so I can play it on my PS3 and potential Vita (depending on how well remote play turns out)
Good Guy Sony
Scumbag Microsoft
IGN just did a 1 hour long preview. They play through levels 1-3. Also comes pretty high def too.

This game looks addictive, not to mention free!
More like was never.
Totally reasonable. I was afraid there would be NO upgrade possibility whatsoever for people that bought a disc version prior to Sony's announcement.
The lady playing sounds like an anime character. Everything she says is so exaggerated.
Beyond awesome!
Well I'll buy it now, and hopefully when they release it later it'll only cost $10-20 to upgrade.
Oh yeah make sure you do not move the motherboard AT ALL while you are heating and cooling it. Put it on a flat surface with some sort of flat object under one of the sides (to keep it level, you'll see how the board is not able to be level sitting around, there are some prongs and such on the board) Any slight movements may misalign the chip and you're as good as screwed. Good luck dude!
I actually fixed my Fatboy PS3 last month. Buy a $25 heatgun from Home Depot and then also get some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste for like a few bucks (Amazon or Radioshack maybe?) Then carefully disassemble the PS3. To get to the motherboard. Preheat the underside of the motherboard with the heat gun about 6-8 inches away for around a minute and a half, turn it around to expose the GPU and CPU and heat each of those around 45 seconds (3 inches away). Then let the board cool down by blowing t...
I need some more MP content. Interrogation mode is cool, but when most matches end in ties, then something must be changed.
Being a PS3 player, I feel that one's choice of console does not make one a winner or loser. So shut your fanboy mouth. You're making the rest of us look bad.
I had this game on PS1. It was amazing! The challenge ramped up pretty good near the end of the game and as a kid I never really was able to grasp the concept of shifting gears using the high ends cars.
I think a lack of software is a valid point. I mean you buy the system not just to own it, but to play games. And if there aren't games on it that catches their attention why would they buy it? Japan doesn't seem obsessed with FPS's as the west seems to be, so there goes COD,Battlefield, and Killzone (the first 2 can still be had on their PS3's). Sony is better off pushing the PS4 in the markets that will actually eat it up. Sony can focus on Vita sales in Japan this holid...
Well with PS Plus (already subscribed) we do get Resogun, War Thunder, Warframe, and Blacklight: Retribution, and Drive Club for free day 1. I'd rather pay for Knack than wait an extra 3 months. Besides I didn't get any free games with my PS3 purchase back in 2007 for $600+tax. Consider us pretty lucky this generation!
Well if you've already purchased a memory card larger than 1GB you'd be good. Just did a conversion from the 18,980 Yen (pretax) comes out to $190.45. So it's not like you're getting shafted on pricing. The OLED you got is probably still better than than the LCD on the new one. Only stuff you're missing out on is the slightly slimmer profile, which I have concerns about how comfortable it may be. I don't think you should regret your purchase.
Sony sure is on roll lately. It was only a matter of time. With Sony pushing it's PS4 remote play capabilities it was a no brainer. Will be holding out on my purchase though until I get my PS4 in Nov. Let's hope the screen is not too nerfed.
I've logged countless hours on MGO, such an amazing game til those hackers started ruining the game. The only online game that has seem to come close to MGO in terms of gameplay has been The Last of Us online. Gosh I can't wait!
Meat*
Fixed for you ;P
Awesome, I thought ME3's multiplayer was amazing!
