As a movie buff(unfortunately..it just sorta happened). Yes his films suck badly. I don't judge movies based on what they are "supposed" to be just like I don't judge games on what they are supposed to be. RE films suck with the exception of the first which was alright. Compared to other movies.

It's a HUGE difference on PC. Because PC carries Native 1080P and Native 720p. For the majority of Pc exclusives anyway, multiplats are different(whatever the game was built for is usually what the native res sticks too). Most Console games carry a native 720p and upscaling to 1080p won't make a large difference, anyhow, you can imagine how different it is going from 480pNative to 720pNative. I've done that...well...not date per se, but it's easier to talk over Msn and facebook etc, especially if your a nervous kid.. I realized it's actually a bad thing to do it though. Your right...well..they did add in he battles from Ultimate ninja impact...which is very new for the console version. It took them quite a while before they revealed the changes for Generations though. But G was an expansion.
Also, chances are this isn't the last game. Naruto seemed like it was going to end soon, but it's actually not. There's gonna be at least a year more on the manga(likely more according to the author) so UNS will continue until it does end
