Well im 17, I have to say the first one was scarier by far judgingfrom the demo, when you didn't get warnings of alma in the first one was scary , going through the vent, the ladder part, the office building the elevator, nothing like that in Fear 2 just flashes on the screen, first vid is from extraction point but they kept the same type of scares. pics and vid don't even do it justice. No parts as good in the demo as these.
He is only playing it on Normal, the Devs haave stressed that you play it on Hard, also this guy is really stupid, he kept going back and forth when the way you're supposed to go was obvious, story is good though.
