Will Xbox games ever reach the level of MGS4?

MGS4 was definitely one of the greatest games ever created on this planet (My opinion).
I take you were disappointed (Still dont understand why) and hate the game.
Even Online was brilliant in My opinion.

I'm definitely into damage (Again, GRiD is spectacular), yet GT5 looks brilliant and i WILL get it. Simply because, take away the fact that damage is not good, the rest is spot on. Perfect.
But i do think people will be put off by this. 7? years of development and i think people expected great level of damage (At least i did).
I dont think you've played MGS4. Its quality still surpasses most western Devs today.
What your doing there is taking out one feature of the game which i agree, is terrible, the damage is just terrible. And comparing it to NFS which i admit has good damage, not great though. But look at the rest, Day and night cycle, Graphics are better on GT5, Snow, rain, Rally, F1, Go karting. It has the lots. over 1000 cars. Theres loads ive missed out.

The Audi Is driving well over 150 KMH and crashes head on, to a wall. Now i was expecting 'Bad Ass' Damage. But it seems worse than Grid (Which i loved because the damage was just, WOW). I hope this is either of the next to things:

There was one thing i noticed, i played Sticks and Stone match with my friends, final killcam and a tomahawk? was throw and killed one person. But the tomahawk was a good distance away from the face, just above the shoulder, but a but further from the face. Not a game ruiner, but just though i'd say it.

Gran Turismo 5 with, without doubt, be THE best driving simulator, probably even the best game (Arguable, yes). I've got Black Ops and i AM getting Gran turismo 5....

Gran Turismo 5 builds it's own hype. And every GT has lived up to the 'hype' if you understand what i mean.
I agree though, i'm confused, France has got 555.000 copies, some person claims he's/she's got a copy of GT5.
