Halo 4? after everything that happened with Bungie, I think it is a surprise.
GTA V, well the trailer looks so good.
The game was expected, the standard up in the sky, looks like Rockstar have hit the moon, at this rate even past it. Surprise comes through disbelief sometimes, you know "Is this really a GTA V?" etc.
Those two got me surprised...
COD- End of the world story.
Same graphics/engine from COD4.
Same weapons (apart from additional 2/3).
Maybe new kill streaks.
Minimal changes...
AC- Different story/characters.
Alot better graphics which has improved drastically from Assassins creed 1.
New skills the assassin can do (as time progresses, each assassins skills does??)

Uncharted dont milk the story. They have genuine links and everything slots together perfectly. It reminds me of National treasure, though both films (one & two) are about treasure hunting, they are completely different in their own respective way.
Assassins creed links well, however they had Ezio for a tad bit too long. I really like Altair and his story, I didn't click too well with Ezio.

There were slaves in Italy during AC2 time as well as the Ottoman Empire. There has been slavery for thousands and thousands of years. The poor becoming slaves most of the time.
But I'm sure when people talk about slavery, the first thing that pops into their mind would be what happened to Black Africans.
I think they SHOULD include it within the game to make it more realistic. Maybe even be the Assassin we play supporting the abolition of slavery. Though...
The first Assassins Creed is still the best.
Doubt any AC will surpass the quality of it. Amazing story, brilliant graphics for its time, and bloody addicting.
I hope they can repeat the quality. AC2 & Brotherhood I wasn't too fond of.
I agree, and Gamestation staff tend to LOOK like gamers aswell. The one in Birmingham city centre they all look like rockers/gamers. Very respectful, experienced and know what you're talking out.
In Game, the staff look like average Tesco workers :D

Walk into Game/Gamestation, apart from one or two shelves dedicated to NEW Pre-Orders/released games, the rest is just 'Preowned'.
Even I go to them simply for the preowned. If I want games new I buy them from Amazon. Alot of times £5 or so cheaper. Sometimes even above £10.
Try living in England, everything is three times the price here.
I'm not really surprised, looking at the Vita, it is the most superior handheld gaming device you can get.
It hasn't even been out for a full week worldwide and it has passed 1 million.
And for whoever said 'it was released in Japan 2 months ago', Japan is ONE country, you cant expect the PS Vita to pass one million there alone.
1.2 Million in less than a week, lets see in a months time how many sales. I'm guessing 3+ mill...

Although I dont find this offensive myself other people will and it SHOULD NEVER have been used. It's an absolutely ridiculous advertising showing there was NO brains behind that what so ever. But as you mentioned it is many years ago and I haven't seen any Sony advertisement like it.

I mean, the PSP Go was a flop, but that is it. The original PSPs were absolute class. The PS Vita is just (insert adjective), seriously though, the PS Vita is absolutely amazing.
I dont find input lag much of a problem.
I would prefer it being fixed but the game isn't unplayable, I've just got use to it.
The real problem comes once you change game to lets say COD, you really start to notice the problem then.

This repetitive run and gun does get boring at times. If this Dino pack is what they are making it would be AWESOME.
Snow maps and NIGHT maps.
I dont think there are any of these two. And possibly vehicles in the night maps having their lights on as well as certain helicopters.
We all know Dice, they'll throw at us some crazy shit that's bound to be amazing. If it is this 2143 expansion I will be slightly disappointed, would prefer a whole new game for Battlefield 2143.

Ofcourse PC's, good old PS2, good old xbox died (my PS2 did, but that was because it fell), however the 'Red rings of death' is what quickly spread around the world. Ask where '...of death' came from and most people would assume it is the XBOX because thats when most people heard it first. Its a worldwide term now.

Btw, COD isn't a bad game, but when it comes to milking a franchise it is beyond Pro.
Yep, just last year Treyarch increased staff members to obviously work on a next COD.
Lets hope there will be a new engine. Otherwise, same-old-same-old.

The only other worry is Gamestation. Since it's owned by Game (or vice versa).
