When I pay $60 for a physical copy „master collection” of 20+ years old games, I expect to have the best possible version on disc not update on my console.

40% more power than other console is exactly 40% more power than other console. PS4 has 40% more power than xb1 and you can bump resolution from 900p to 1080p. Scorpio has 40% more power than PS4 Pro and you can bump resolution from checkerboarded 4K to native 4K. Nothing else.
@Bigpappy - yes I know and Scorpio's adventage in terms of CPU is only 9%.
