Having played the game at the PS4 event, I can say first hand it was very good then, I mean surprisingly so (just very difficult), so can only imagine how good it will be now.

Actually the PS4 is leading about 2:1.
Here are some good facts for you with a reference below.

- aiming to hit 5 million mark by March 2014.
So it's understandable PS4 is in high demand.

Actually EA have dedicated servers for PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and XB1 it's quiet common for popular games to have dedicated servers such as Killzone SF or MAG. There shouldn't be any difference with the on-line experience as these are EA servers apart from on the XB1 since the resolution is lower you cannot acquire targets as far (ref: http://n4g.com/news/1404509.....
