My 360 has had no RRoD(yet) and i've had it for some time now.
Sometimes playing it for 4-5 hrs. It's easy to hear about the problems, but not the ones that are just fine.
Now that the format war is officially over, re-dedicate efforts to helping to ensure the very best HDM for consumers like ourselves. I will buy a Bluray player, but not one of the "interim" spec BD 1.0 players, due to their lack of features. This year, I will be looking out for a reasonably price BD 2.0 player, with DTS-MA 7.1 decoding.

Hopefully these models will drop in price, even though the competitive pressure from HD DVD has been removed. Sony and the BDA will have to show that they are committed to making Bluray a mass-market format by doing the right thing in terms of standardising the format's players to one "profile" and making them affordable. We also hope that the movie selling prices will not now suddenly increase due to the lack of competition. I don't like paying more for less.

Sony was part of HD DVD campaine but talks fell through very early on and Sony went and did there own thing! There should be just one. Time will tell.

the upload went by fast without a glitch. Netflix movies are fast too! you always hear more -'s than +'s.
