Gotta love online retailers, getting an anticipated release a day or two early is pretty much standard now, especially using ShopTo :)
I paid £27 for mine from Tesco, and it was dispatched yesterday. £25ish if I count the cashback I got throuhg Quidco :D
The reason he's getting disagrees is because he hasn't read what was said.
With english voiceovers being complete, all that's really left is the rest of the text translation and lip-syncing, something that wouldn't take 6-8 months.
Before the 360 version we were probably looking at 2-3 months or so localization time, as a lot of the work has been done parallel to the Japanese text/audio.
Well you're gonna be waiting forever.
Just pick up Wii Sports Resort, it has some of the old games like golf and bowling on re-done with Motion Plus support, as well as 10 other games.
£69.99 RRP, cheapest it cane be found at the moment is £64.99
:(
Option 4! ;D
FInally! Been waiting for this for ages :)
All we need now is a decent price point...
There is some hope in that you can pre-order from Argos for £35.99 (use code GAME20 at checkout).
But I wanted the hardened edition, and for that I'm gonna have to pay almost double the price of the standard, no thanks :(
This doesn't bother me too much, it's the price of the standard and hardened editions that do. Hardened is £70!!!
Normally a steelbook/colelctor's version of a game comes in at about £40 when you shop around. The cheapest I can find this for is £65, ridiculous.
And talk about being hypocrites, after the fiasco made about Activision calling for a PS3 price drop they go and hike up the price of MW2, purely because of the success MW had. None of the other...
Hoping for FFVII or SotC level pack :)
You'd seriously pay $54-57 for a downloadable game? When you can get the box, disc, physical copy of the manual, plus the option to trade it in at a later date, for only $3-6 more?
I wouldn't pay more than $45 for a new game, and would expect a major discount on older titles such as Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, and Mass Effect considering how cheap they can be picked up now.
Not to mention on top of this the outrageous costs of upgrading your hard drive to accomodate ...
Even just converting Euro to GBP means you end up with almost the price of a PS3. This should have been put in around the £150 mark maximum
Whining about whining? Hmmm...
Come on guys, you can't complain about not getting the demo, you know it wouldn't be fair to all the 360 users who don't own a PS3...
/sarcasm
Really pissed about this, but at the end of the day it just means no purchase for me. Seriously, S-E are gonna lose a LOT of money by skipping on the demo for US and EU release.
Wow, that is one of the hardest to read comments, ever!
As long as the only differences between playing on a DS/Lite and a DSi are pointless gimmicky things like this then I'm happy :)
It's very good for a handheld horror game. First person too :)
Hasn't this been out for over a year in the US?
I just presumed it was already out here in the UK, never bothered to look though...
Could definitely be KH related. Nomura said expect an announcement soon, and KH series has always been considered and 'Action-RPG', and I can imagine KH3 being even more 'actiony' than 1 and 2.
Who knows, we'll find out within a month anyway.
While I generally disagree with annual releases of games, CoD is an exception as it uses (well, used) alternating studios to produce the games, so technically it was only every 2 years or so as they differed in gameplay style.
MGS had games released in 98, 01, 04, 08, and 10, hardly milking it is it? 5 games in 12 years?
Halo started out alright with 01, 04, 07, 10 for the main games, then Halo Wars in early 09 was acceptable as the first spin off for the ser...
