The biggest problem I have with anon is they believe they are above the law. If authorities were able to track down three of the more senior members what makes them think they wont catch others. Instead of just letting it go they just keep on digging a bigger whole.

You're kidding yourself bro, Gears is coming to an end and Epic and Bungie has gone multiplatform. Unless each Halo game sells 55 mil copies it is safe to say that there is still +-30 mil xbox gamers that are not loyal to Halo or gears and what will happen when Nintendo announce COD(which would be sad for nintendo) for the Wii-u, I also dont know how you can comment on the state of the wii-u's online when we dont know anything about it.
Before this I thought Nintendo is grasping at straws, but after watching the MS conference, other than the obvious core gamer going to make his way to the PS3, Nintendo is going to swipe allot of MS followers.
That is going to get uncomfortable after a while.
I just realized that NGP is a fifth gen console for Sony so PS Vita has meaning, PS Vita=PSV(V the Roman numeral for five).
On topic: I wonder how many will be PS3 ports.
