233ms is nearly 1/4 of a second (1000ms = 1 second).
This increased my download speed by at least 3x or 4x. I really got the speed increase when I set both the pc and ps3 network cards to 100mb full duplex. Also some people are exaggerating the setup time. It only takes about 2 or 3 minutes if you do it correctly.
I considered buying it, but thankfully I rented it from redbox. I returned it an hour later. Seriously, the game is crappy. I don't understand how someone could possible say its better than Battlefield.

What connection problems are there? I never had any problems getting online and playing a game on my PS3 with CODBO. I didn’t like the game though, I traded it for a dog turd.
