You're misunderstanding... the unfamiliar territory is sony not having anything lined up. This means sony only gamers are used to having a solid lineup.
Well... let's be honest. At this point sony only gamers need reassurance. They are entering territory not too familiar. There's really nothing great on the horizon so far and they're being fed remakes with RL modes attached.. so I would say yeah its nice to be reminded of things in the works.
