Let's defend a Nintendo developer for not getting out their comfort zone. We definitely don't need this. Give us a real Pokemon game that doesn't hold our hands for the first 1/3 of the game
Well I guess high expectations are something I'm conditioned to by other devs that go beyond.
Like I said there's nothing wrong with Yellow HD, but I've had visions of a true 3d world Pokemon game back when GameCube was out even though I never had one. To say I've set myself up for disappointment just speaks volumes how Nintendon't/gamefreak will only settle for "good enough".
If this spinoff is supposed to lead us to the core game next year I'm very disappointed. I wanted an immersive world of pokemon with us exploring it, think Horizon. Instead we get 3ds style pokemon. Nothing wrong with that, but Nintendon't didn't go anywhere near my hopes and comfortably stayed within expectations.
@gaming, maybe I didn't make myself clear even though I ended the sentence with "for me". I played nes from 90-93, got a snes late, played the heck out of that as well when I did get one.
Knowing bethesda and their stupid long turnaround for a proper sequel to elder scrolls or fallout I'm going to assume this is a HD bundle of Fallout 3 and New Vegas. That might be too much credit, let's just assume Fallout 4 Switch (memory card and internet connection required)
but guess what customers, you can once again pay $10 more to play 3 days early! Or you can pay to win your way in MUT, just like in every EA Sports game!
this is like saying people like driving model t cars over a viper...no one wants bs tesla cars and no one really wants model t if they got their hands on modern combat done right, bf style. We just had ww1 in bf1, ww2 in cod, ghosts was not too long ago. Now we're getting another ww2 game, same bs from ps2/ps3 days.
Socom 4, all others were great. Looking forward to H-Hour releasing on ps4 later in the year
Legend of Legaia 2, the first was one of my favs all time, 2 was returned to GameStop the same day I bought it.

I platinumed the game and don't ever remember complaining about needing arrows...

90's was all nes, snes, ps1, virtual boy, gb, gbc, gba sp for me. N64 was barely a thing from MY experience.
