Some developers are just going to choose 30fps(which is a good way to play most games, despite what some nerds say) and push visuals as far as they can.

It wouldn't sell much because the keyboard is pretty much mandatory for this game. Otherwise the experience would really be dumbed down I guess
Looks great but the game is seriously outdated by now.
I expect the next game to have a lot more npcs and other stuff going on, which is probably the reason why they skipped this gen and only made a remaster.
For a leap in franchise they need more horsepower than the current gen can provide. Same goes for the new GTA game

Back in the day I played the demo right when it was released. Intel core2duo, 2gb ram, gt 8800 320mb. Dont remember if I had win xp or vista, but the game ran smoothly at 1280x1024, all medium settings with high textures on crt monitor. By smoothly I mean probably something like 30fps, since back then i didnt even know anything about fps
