Not really. Until they admit it then you can say that. Since it is only a small minority of players on XBL that actually got their accounts stolen doesn't mean its the whole XBL population got stolen as well.
If xbl is truly hacked, than they would freeze everyone's accounts and investigate.
I've never had any problems with my account/s for any service. Eg: XBL, Steam, Psn(got a ps3 after the hack happened).
