Lol. It was developed first on a PC, with specs in relation of the PS3, if they wanted to make it exclusive to consoles and/or just the PS3 they would have only developed it on that system.

For example a 10th prestige can be more shit(or good) than a person who just started (also good/bad), higher rank doesn't mean they are good at the game, (this applies to all games but mainly to cod, since it is one of the most played game).
