Rocksteady already said that Batman Arkham Knight would be their last batman game.
I always skip cut-scenes when I go on my 2nd + playthroughs. There should be an option to do so.

Well yeah, you need it to play multiplayer, so no surprises.
They should have live audiences, 2013's one was so awkward for the developers to receive a award, when there is only like 1 - 3 people applauding them

Not really, they can just make it again, although it will take a while.
