I prefer linear SP games to also have MP, but open world games or RPGs usually don't need it because they usually have a lot of content.

When the sequel is announced to have MP you guys will be crying out "tacked on". It should have MP from the beginning, it's a new IP, there's no such thing as "it doesn't need it".
The elites crack after a couple of months of use and can then break. Google 'pulse elite cracking' and you'll see what i'm talking about. Mine finally broke a month ago but i had tape on the cracks for a few months before that. If you've already had the pulse elite for a couple of months i can guarantee that if you check yours it is already cracking and you never noticed.
But EA decides if the game gets delayed or not, BF4 clearly should of been delayed.
