I believe March 24th (in North America)
Ha! I never thought about it that way - Lara showing up right when the ancient ruins happen to be falling apart - that's pretty funny, actually.
In the original (if I recall) there was lots of drawing out of arcane symbols to invoke magic, attacks, etc. - that would rock on the GamePad.
Lucid GP art 2013 Iwata site not 2014 PGRPRG 720 over Wii U yes says site many.
Wow - just add 1 to all the popular franchises, and you've got an article!
"Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light" needs to be in that list.
Breathe!
I agree. This game is way better than 6.5.
Cool - I love room escape games, and was miffed when I learned this was an iPad exclusive. Now I can play it!
Played Zork on my TRS-80 Model I back in the early 80's. One of the greatest text adventures ever. You can play it online for free via telnet here: http://zorkonline.org/
Saw 4 was a terrible movie. :P
Luigi's Mansion 2 is actually coming to the 3DS - but I agree, lots of killer games are on their way for the Wii U!
"I can describe an axe entering a human skull in great explicit detail and no one will blink twice at it. I provide a similar description, just as detailed, of a penis entering a vagina, and I get letters about it and people swearing off. To my mind this is kind of frustrating, it’s madness. Ultimately, in the history of [the] world, penises entering vaginas have given a lot of people a lot of pleasure; axes entering skulls, well, not so much." - George R.R. Martin
This is all fantastic, but my entertainment system is configured rather complexly - is there any word about whether or not the GamePad remote will be able to operate other devices, such as audio receivers? I have all my inputs running through my receiver, so I never have to change my TV's input - will the Wii U be able to switch my receiver's inputs??
Yeah, I much would have preferred an article like "My personal top 5 reasons why these games should be re-made in HD with better boob physics"
I love how people are willing to plunk down $250 for a unit that they essentially already have, while at the same time there's a group who wants to boycott purchase of the Wii U (also $250 for the basic model) solely because Bayonetta 2 is an exclusive.
True that Rare is now owned by Microsoft, but I don't think there would be anything preventing the core team from quitting, then reforming under a different name to work for the big N again... secretly, I've been wanting that for a long time - Donkey Kong 64, Banjo-Kazooie, and Banjo Tooie were my favorite N64 games!
The way she's smiling, she kinda looks like Hit-Girl from "Kick-ass" in that pic. :)
They need to do some sort of Necronomicon wonderbook game.
I wonder if "the naval combat is reminiscent of Assassin’s Creed 3 but the developers promise that the final product will be more fleshed out and polished. You have the option of strafing your targets and firing upon them with your cannons, or you can give the signal to your crew to board. Boarding has your AI crew secure grappling lines to the opposing boat and pull it towards the Jackdaw so you can jump across. Edward was shown swinging from the tops of the ship’s rigging and even divi...
