@vaiz
True. Neither of those pricepoints are casual. It's just that Sony is not even trying to keep the casuals in the forefront. Casuals are right now eating up PS3 and because of that the PS3 will sell over 100 (hell even 150) million consoles easily.
History has proven that with a console the casual price is more like 150-250 dollars. Anything above that will struggle or at the very least loose sales due to it's price.
@vaiz
A 500 dollar console is not casual.
@lukas
LOL The guy has ONE expression the whole time. What is there to be impressed about really?
@gameratheart
Personal attack lately?
@isujester
We can't trust MS's word. This should be common knowledge by now.
LOL @ goerge with his can of worms...
Trim that fat baby.
LOL haters gonna hate.
So this is for USA or Europe?
@kingyoumad
LOL i believe my perspective is kinda crooked. I only game for about 5-6 hours per week. I have 2 jobs and my 3 kids (and wife) to attend to. I still consider myself a real gamer though :)
To me putting even 100 hours into one game is much. It takes MONTHS of gaming at my pace but hey we all have our own situations and perspectives. ;)
I just pre-ordered Dragon's Crown YAYYY!
@nuke
Oh here comes teh zales again right? Pfffft too predictable. You put 0.5 billion to advertize a turd and that turd will sell.
I was referring to this:
""Hint" if they have never given a single kinect a good review or never enjoyed a single kinect experience they are not to be trusted."
If the games are only for children or girls and they have scored 81/100 max is it really impossible to just not like...
@edonus

Best game has 81/100
6 games have 75+/100
Well said zeee!
Can't wait for this game.
I think the original DRM is one thing that many casual people will be asking about. The uproar was just that big. I mean even the daily newspapers reported about E3 and we all know how that went down. That might be one of the biggest problems MS have right now. Their E3 was a disaster in every shape and form possible. Mostly because of Sony's aggressive presentation. MS got absolutely humiliated back at E3 and many casual people heard about that.
LOL. That's quite a salty comment. You'll loose your bubbles pretty quick with comments like that.
@green
Porting costs money too. Money made from exclusivity deals make up for the sales losses to some extent.
It's not all black and white.
I've been eagerly waiting and following the funds in this particular kickstarter. All I ever wanted was a PS3 version of that baby and now it's mine!! MUAHHAHAHAHA!! Errr... ahem! Can't wait.
@awi
"Because ive built pc's with Better specs than ps4 for 500 dollars and the cost of parts are going down"
Your PCs will never see the optimization consoles do so just throwing out specs is kinda irrelevant. On paper they are impressive for sure but everything else is up to the devs.
I think you should actually READ the effing article..smh
