Sony never actually forced you to remove otherOS. You chose to do it when you updated your PSN. They told you beforehand what would happen with the update you were about to recieve so I don't see the wrong that way.
I don't even get whay people did with otherOS. It was way worse (more restrictions) on PS3 than on a normal PC so what?

I tried playing (10% of the trophies) but the combat couldn't compensate the lousy awkward characters and story.
As I started getting my ass handed to me in some boss fight a few times and had to hear that effing preach (that comes when you press continue) it was the final blow. "I cannot believe what BS game this is" I thought and pushed "quit game" and sold it. I will not waste my time with this.

Didn't you read it? There it is again and I agree completely. I didn't care for this game cause I'm not 15 anymore. Haven't been in a long time. On PS1 this game would've rocked for me too.
I tried to play Bayonetta but the story and the characters were too much. 15 years ago (when I was a teen) this would've been my thing but now as a man with a girlfriend and 2 children? No. It was way too much and no matter how good the combat itself is it didn't compensate the lousy story and awkward characters. I'm with you darkride. Anyone disagreeing with you must be under 20 yo.

A) PS2 costs 70€ new.
B) PS3 has way too many games as it is.
C) HD-collections of PS2 games with trophies and half the pricetag of a new game is just too tempting to pass up on.

I've just begun showing my children Super Mario Bros on my nes 8bit. My 5yo son gets past the 1-1 easily and is learning at an increasing pace. My 7yo daughter doesn't care to play games that much atleast not yet. She has her books and toy horses to spend her time with.
