Great discussion. The problem with homebrew and emulators on PS3 is that they need to run using Sony's XMB. If you can find a way to run your homebrew and stuff WITHOUT using or even booting up the OS and XMB which are embedded in the PS3 then you would not be in violation. You own the system but NOT the software. OS and XMB are software so that's the problem.

GT5 (or GT in general) is not a 100% simulation. It is a driving simulation. That in and of itself discredits everything this article is trying to say. GT IS concentrating on the FUN part which is exactly the DRIVING. As realistic driving (which really helps you to compete with yourself and others) as possible.

Totally understandable. Anything to get Japan back on it's feet from this tragedy.
Once you level up and get some good moves to make devastating combos from you get addictet to this game. I'm lv 17 and in the last few lv ups I've started getting some great moves to kill my enemies with.
Without the combos this game is kinda bland with only a few different looking caves (so far) but a 2/10 game? Nope. Not in a million years. I'm glad I bought this game imported as the special edition.
