Reviews like this really bother me...I couldn't even finish it...He never played the game...Every episode is built around different set peices...lol...Complaining about the forest is like complaining about the city in a game like GTA...
The game play was awesome...many weapons...the enemies get harder as the game progresses...his desciption of the game play was like he did the tutorial in the begining and wrote his review....

Resolution in the hands of the right developer doesn't matter...Their is bigger problems with the port other than the resolution....
What's sad to me is Playstation magazine giving the game 10/10 based on all those problems...That was disgusting...RDR may be a good game but far from perfect never mind the TERIBLE port...half the draw distance...huge drops in FPS as low as 10 in some places...PS2 type textures...many sites running comparisons...there is no denying it...
Did anybody really think M$ had a WHOLE day set aside for nothing...we've had this conversation before...PS3 crowd in denial...nothing new...
M$ is going headlong into the casual market...the Avatars on XBL...They think Nintendo is the best...cheap little machine with a gimmick and sold 65++ million and counting...Sad if you like serious gaming...
Still looking forward to E3...great year for games...but make no mistake...casual games taking over....
Achievements have been one of the BEST things to happen to gaming this gen...INGENIUS actually...It allows the gamer to experience other aspects of the game that would/could of been missed...ie...playing a level in stealth...using melee attack only..etc...
I respectfully DISAGREE with Alfie Kohn...When you put your heart and soul into work, your family or anything that matters to you, the reward is a sense of accomplishment and happiness for you, your family and people you care...
I think when people ACTUALY get their hands on the game, the truth will start to spread...An AMAZING game that brings great graphics, game play and story together in an incredible presentation...
The story will keep you guessing...Check out some of the SPOILER threads like at NeoGaf...you will want to play many areas over and over trying to figure out what is real and what is urban legend...

Hey, there is alot of room for another great FPS...As far as Crytek is concerned, they have something to prove...Personaly, I wish they would stay away from all the bravado and just get it done...Right now, they are unproven on consoles while Halo is rock solid at what they do. Their Fan base is developed and secure...Many of those same gamers are potential customers for Crysis...Wht would you drive a wedge and splinter your demographic...Bad business decision...especially when your game look...
Zane lost his wife. She, unlike Alice, actually died. The darkness took advantage of this and told Zane that he could bring her back by writing her into existence. Alan explains that this is not possible. The story must flow properly, characters need to be true to their character, balance must be maintained, etc. Zane broke the rules by trying to write himself and his wife into a "happily ever after" existence. The darkness used his vulnerability and took over (as editor) his story....
They all are...they have gotten shorter and easier...That doesn't matter...the price is going up for everything...greed...plain and simple...they want people to pay for demo's now...brutal...

Why compare this game to KZ?...there is no comparison...Gears wins in every category that matters...Best animations ( no comparison )...best cover system...best weapons & enemy AI...Sales ( 1&2 12 million )..etc,etc...

The free DLC isn't till July 27...The story in this game is so twisted...Fans head over to the AW spoiler threads at Neogaf for some eye opening OPINIONS on the story...On my second play-thru...only have 620 achievements so I need a few more...
BTW...this game is not short...lol...at least 12+ hrs on my first play thru...Now on my second it seems even longer..lol...missing one T.v...
