Bungie doesn't own the Halo IP....so what...everything that is Halo is/was made by Bungie...in many ways Bungie is largely responsible for Xbox live success....

The controls are terrible...MW2 sold 4x the amount of games as KZ2...that's 2 million for KZ and 8 million for MW2, give or take 500,000...lol...The controls the biggest complaint...PERIOD...made worst by the terrible PS3 controller...everybody knows that, FIX IT...
Enemies are pathetic in KZ2...look to Gears of war for ideas...Any decent game has a distinctive hierarchy of villains, like Gears of War....also upgrade the physics engine...like in Gears of war...so something els...
Mechassault was a great game....still play it with my son from time to time...
