By 2015, we will be talking about the PS4 and the Xbox 720. Even if the PS3 has the largest install base by then, I think the attention will mostly be elsewhere.

Text localization isn't too difficult. Voice localization is much harder. And I'm sure if it were extremely difficult, Xseed would ask Funcom for a higher percentage of sales.
