I wish the minis were just a part of the regular network. It's not as buried as the Indie Games on Xbox Live, but it's still undervalued.

I've been looking for a great Vita game... and Sound Shapes fits that bill nicely.
I'll be getting a 3DS XL later this month, so this is near the top of my list of games to get.
I actually believe that the consumer can't really sign away any of their legal protections, no matter what's it in the EULA. This is just crap they put in contracts to deter people from doing something they know costs them money.
I think it's mainly because Bethesda first develops for the PC and the code for that is easily transferable to the Xbox 360. They must redo a lot of the code for the PS3 version, so it's typically not as optimized as they would like.
