Why would Sony be scared of the iPhone? In the world of business marketing, "attacking" your enemy publicly stimulates the market thus boosting revenue and momentum.
What's wrong with it? It's entertainment... Last time I checked, part of the purpose of the internet in todays sense is for entertainment.

I love what they did with the environment and the 'feel' of the game. It flows nicely... And this is pre-alpha? Graphics that are arguably better than killzone 2 in a pre-alpha build... that is intense!
