Some of my favorites include every part of Mass Effect 1 and 2, the eye machine of Dead Space 2, the final boss in Skyward Sword, the destruction of the UNSC Frigate by High Charity in Halo: Reach and scene in Halo 3 when the Covenant ship enters Earth populated by the Flood. That cutscene was awesome.
Oh and the entire game of Alice: The Madness Returns.
Why would you want a game like Borderlands on a handheld? It's not a pick up and play kind of game like portable gaming should be.
