I think many is saying that Halo Reach is awesome but not just a 10.
More like a 8,5 - 9. It is fair to have an opinion that 10 is overhyped.
It was ok ok to think that GTA IV was overhyped too. But that doesn't mean that the game is totally bad.
Not to mention the people who can't play parts of the game lulz

It's too much hyped. You can have the same fun with Unreal Tournament or Warhawk. It's all been done before. It looks like a 2008 game. It's a great fun game but not perfect like fx. Uncharted 2 or GT5.

The game got a 10/10 because people were screaming for a good game for the console. So it overhypes when it's a fun game to play and gets 10/10 and oh its Halo "wuuuuh" lol.

If a game is rated 10/10 like fx. Uncharted 2 it deserves a 10/10 atm not later on when there's a second game a bit better fx. Uncharted 3.
It's quite logical. You don't have to look into the future and say yeah there might be this game and this game. If it's a 10 it's a 10. Halo Reach is not a 10.
