In the matters of SE. I'm a fan of Yoshinori Kitase directed games utmost. FF VI, FF VII, FF VIII , Chrono Trigger. FF VI was his directorial debut.
All these games are awesome. FF VII though was the first drastic graphical and technical leap and what they did with the summons and limit breaks, materia etc. Was all great. FF VIII brought the polygonal count up and realistic proportioned hero's not just in battle but in world map etc too. It was great too.

I never even thought of a twisted metal where you get out of the car..That is something to think about how this could be possible and still have that core Twisted gameplay.
I think you just would not want that option in Twisted metal though because if you get out of your car your body just can't mitigate the amount of damage say ...warthog is going to dish out. Then again axel was pretty wide open between those 2 big wheels.

I gave up on MS , 360 broke 3 times to many. They would have to have an extremely great show to convince me to get a new 360.
Saying we got FF13 Versus too or we are going to get something PS3 will get too is not going to impress me either. It would have to be a few really impressive games that are not coming to PC or PS3, then I might risk it.

There could also be PSN bandwidth fee issues/negotiations, it's harder to say hey would you put some of those great old games on PSN...at the same time saying its going to cost you per every download...In the end we will both make money though.
No excuses for The Legend of Dragooon though that should be remastered and on PSN in every territory by now.
