You have a point 2pacalypsenow. But my problem is it looks like there will be a LOT of games that will need storage help. At 100GB all it will take before you cant install another game is 9 (because 1TB is not fully 1TB of space). This is NOT just a Microsoft problem though. PS4 assests will be large too(unless there is even better incoming compression for 4k).
SWITCH is not a 4k Machine BUT Microsoft and Sony Might solve this problem in the future with tech that SWITC...

As long as your not talking about Mark Cerny he was bad for software OWNERSHIP in general. Not just games. He was attempting to set a president at gamers exspense. Which he could then apply to the PC space.

ummmmm first get some of the JRPG's on your system so they can look good. Then we can talk. Not talking ARPG's but traditional turn based JRPG's.
Lets see, there are 4,434 gamestops in the USA if they average 10 a store that is 443,400 xbox one x's sold at just gamestop alone. Do you actually believe that that many presold at one chain? Not including the bestbuys, or walmarts, and many other department store chains?

This is a REAL artificially low stock. Microsoft does not use the same NAND memory chips as the new IPHONE so they are not having a hard time increasing production to double. Nintendo had over 2 million availible for day one, they had too otherwise they could not sell over 2 million at launch.

I agree with you on everything except: -Horizon Zero dawn- once I saw that in 4k HDR at 30fps I could NOT go back to the high performance mode. Neither would my buddies after seeing it on a high end 4k tv. But I agree with your point in general.
Okay let me throw two points of history out there. First of all every system I ever bought had at least one game that made it worth buying that system alone. Why did I mention that? Because the upgrade's (Xbox one X...and PS4 PRO ) have no exclusives to the upgrades.
My second biggest point? On sales less powerful systems have wiped the floor with more powerful ones. PS2 wiped the floor with original xbox. Wii wiped the floor with PS3 and Xbox 360......Even in hand held...
Bluefox755 that was irrational. Your sales INCREASE the longer your on the market! Only exception being the LAUNCH MONTH. That is why PS4 has sold MORE every year and will next year. You just dont want to give credit where it is due.
Awesome for Nintendo. Also awesome for the industry. Looks like year to date Sony is leading. And Nintendo SWITCH is helping the push to increase the gaming industry by adding to the pile and leading the month of July. Nintendo was able to increase production.

MCSTORM Microsoft is giving better hardware. But People have been begging for more 1st party AAA exclusives since Xbox (the ORIGINAL XBOX). Instead they are giving us LESS each year and generation.
Nintendo gets slammed the most. People even slam their excellent sales...people even slam their 1st party AAA games even though they have a ton in the first half year more than Microsoft. Microsoft is literally sitting on intellectual properties that people want games for ...

To be fair Microsoft's marketing department was handed a tough sell. All they really have is (unproven) but better looking 3rd party games. And the other advantage is supposedly the system does not have to be patched for each game to have a higher resolution mode.
Microsoft still has not address the real problem. With Original Xbox one. And that is a big lineup of AAA 1st party games. Cant rely on just three franchises anymore....Halo....Gears of war.....and Forz...
